In a recent 2 year research project conducted through
Pepperdine University’s Graziadio’s School
of Business, Organizational Development Program, the
effectiveness of the Vision Wheel curriculum and its
impact on participants was verified. To request a case

Three primary conclusions materialized:
- The Vision Wheel helped participants discover or
clarify their life dreams, goals and purpose,
- The curriculum was effective;
- The program positively impacted the participant’s
awareness and subsequent behavior patterns relating
to the program’s seven core domains. .
